Brake and overnight

During late winter, early spring and summer, the county administrative board stations a cabin host at the premises. There is also a hiking cabin with eight beds that is open year-round.

The closest rest hostels are at Töfsingen, Slagusjön and Spångkojan and at Siljanskojan. They may be used as sleeping accommodations only in case of emergency.

Along the Storån river and at Lake Hävlingen, there are a number of windbreaks, some with a wood supply and fireplace.
