Tiveden National Park

Parking in Tiveden National Park

Tiveden National Park offers parking spaces at all park entrances. During the high summer season, and on certain weekends, these parking areas can fill up quickly. Please follow the parking rules to avoid receiving a parking fine.

Where Can I Park?

Parking is free in Tiveden National Park, but it’s important to park only in designated areas. National parks have their own regulations, which may sometimes restrict the rights granted by Sweden’s allemansrätten (Right of Public Access). According to Tiveden National Park’s rules, parking is only allowed in designated parking areas.

Parking Enforcement

This company is responsible for all signage. If you have any questions or believe a parking fine was issued unfairly, please contact them. For more information on how to appeal, reach out to Smart Park at +46 771-80 88 80.

Mobile homes/campervans are welcome to park at the park entrances during the day, provided there is space – but not in parking spaces designated for Class 1 passenger cars.
