Short guided tours on Wednesdays

Welcome on guided tours in various subjects the summer 2022. Starts at 13.00 on Wednesdays in July and August.

About the activity

During the summer you can join us on guided tours, every week we have different themes. The guided tour starts at 13.00 and lasts for about 1 hour. The tours are free with any small cost of materials. Collection at naturum unless otherwise stated.

There is a limit of people attending. You can reserv a spot beforehand.

29 JUNE, THE SECRETS OF TREES

What are the trees doing while we’re not looking?. Together we will look at some of the most common species of the National Park.

6 JULY, BOGS AND CLIMATE

How do we impact the bog and how can the bog impact us? Start at the parking lot at kittlakull.

27 JULY, ORCHIDS IN OUR FENS

Go on a hike in the southern part of the national park (Björnekullakärret) and search for orchids. Gathering at the parking place in Andersberg. Recommended from 12 years.

3 AUGUST, DRAGONFLIES

Learn more about dragonflies and
how to catch them. We recommend rubber boots.
